ABOUT
WELCOME,
I’m Jackie, an Interior Designer and product development consultant, and the founder of An I for Interiors.
Following a decade as a buyer across three major international homewares, fashion and well-being retail brands in London, the experience and expertise accumulated encouraged and motivated me to fulfil my lifelong ambition of providing beautifully-designed and executed domestic and commercial interiors. Commissioned by a broad range of discerning clients, I have consulted and styled for international brands of homewares, furniture and textiles.
Today I live in Brighton, with a design philosophy founded on a deeply-held belief that each project deserves to be treated as a unique stand-alone challenge, rather than an off the shelf package.
I design simple spaces, with an appreciation for materials and emphasis on function. Each object or furnishing specified is designed to evoke an emotional response in the client. Every stylistic choice is ruthlessly assessed for its timelessness, with all materials selected of optimum quality.
Acutely aware of budget control and scheduling accuracy, communication with the client throughout the project is key, whether briefed on a small refurbishment or given carte-blanche to transform an entire interior, from initial concept and planning through to sign-off, no detail is left to chance.
“Your home should tell a story of who you are, and be a collection of what you love.”
